Somerville Youth Soccer will conduct its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 15th at 6:00 pm.  The meeting will take place in person at the PUMA Building at Assembly Row and will be followed by a reception for all attendees and volunteers. 

All SYS members are invited to attend the AGM, at which open elections for the 2022-23 Board of Directors will take place.  If you would like to submit a nomination to be placed on the ballot for election, please email executivedirector@somervillesoccer.org no later than Friday, June 10th at 6:00 pm.  For a complete list of board position job overviews, please click here—any positions that have not received nominations as of today have been marked accordingly.

Additional information on the AGM will be forwarded to all members next week.

Along with organizational updates, the AGM agenda will also include discussion on adopting revisions to both the SYS Constitution & By-Laws.  Members wishing to submit additional agenda items in advance of the AGM may do so by emailing executivedirector@somervillesoccer.org no later than Monday, June 13th at 6:00 pm.
